After a month and follow-up appointments, the surgeon will permit push-up bras and lingerie with under-wires.

It is very important that patients follow the surgeon's instructions closely during the healing period and throughout the recovery process after a breast augmentation. This allows for the body to heal and for patients to resume their normal routines over the next 30 days.
